Planning & Design
We start by visiting your property to discuss your ideas and offer a free no-obligation quote.
If you accept, we perform a full survey and apply for planning permission if necessary.
Your project coordinator will help you pick out designs and features, and we’ll give you a full timeline for your project.
Building
Once scaffolding is in place, we perform an on-site health and safety induction before getting to work.
All our works meet building regulations compliance, and we do our best to minimise disruptions.
We will provide either a daily or weekly progress update.
Follow-up care
When we’re finished, we walk you through your new loft conversion to make sure you’re completely satisfied.
We’ll remove all construction leftovers and any mess created during the process.
